Welcome to the Community Design Challenge

Submit your ideas for an innovative customer community as part of the Community Design Challenge!

If you’re challenged by the limitations of mainstream community platforms, submit your idea for a vibrant customer community as part of the Community Design Challenge. Let HiveLive show you how the LiveConnect platform can quickly and easily create unique social media applications that will bring customers into the center of your enterprise. Learn more about HiveLive’s community platform.

We’re offering to design and build a free customer community that’s custom fit and branded to meet the requirements of the winning company. HiveLive will provide community design consulting, training, and three months of free community hosting to the winner. Enter the Challenge by August 1st and we’ll send you a cool Community Design Challenge t-shirt. Make sure your entry is in by August 15th in order to be considered. In order to submit, we’ll need contact information from you, as well as answers to three questions:

  • What current challenges or opportunities are motivating you to create an online customer community?
  • What key activities would you want your community to support?
  • What’s new and unique about the activities you have outlined for your community?

The first step is creating an account in our HiveLive Community. After you create your account, you’ll receive an email with a link to the section of our Community where you can submit your community challenge.
