Getting ready for AlwaysOn

We've been busy at HiveLive preparing for the AlwaysOn & STVP Summit at Stanford.  On Thursday, I'll be giving a talk on how companies can drive innovation by bringing customers into the center of their enterprise, and by engaging in quality conversations that drive parcipation and enable business agility.  In the presentation, I'll share a case study to demonstrate how customer communities can be used co-design and crowdsource product development, and another case study on using community as an innovative go-to-market strategy for a new product line.  Teasing out all the ideas around these topics was an excellent and insightful exercise... a great team effort.  The sketches above show some of our thinking as we created new slides for the presentation.

While I can't talk about it yet, I will be anouncing a new HiveLive promotion that we're all excited about.  Check back on Thursday and I promise to give all the details.

If you're in the bay area on Thursday, I'll be talking around 1:30PST at the Stanford Alumni Center.  Alternatively, you can tune into the webcast through the AlwaysOn website.  In case you miss it, we'll post the presentation in the HiveLive Community sometime later this week.

Follow along on twitter (@jkembel and track #AlwaysOn) and direct message me if you'd like to connect.  Hope to see you there!
